Meet 9am Saturday 24th October in the village square (by post and phone boxes on Grist Lane)

All helpers very gratefully received - there are many jobs to do not all of them strenuous!

Refreshments and bacon sarnies available.

Thanks to all who turned out last week and those who came and volunteered other help - we're very grateful!

Hobby Afternoon plus FLOWER ARRANGING - Christmas Workshop - 13 November - Angarrack Community Centre

Angarrack's fortnightly hobby afternoon takes place today between 2pm and 4.30pm at the Angarrack Community Centre - featuring Lynne Williams Christmas Flower Arranging. Two sessions: Friday 13 November and Friday 20 November. The first session will be an informal demonstration covering inexpensive ideas for flower arranging in the home at Christmas time. The second session will be a workshop when you will be encouraged to bring along your flowers, foliage, containers, Christmas baubles etc. To create your own arrangements with help and assistance when required.

Poppy Launch | Passmore Edwards Institute

Hayle Royal British Legion needs your help, we are trying to raise the most Poppy Appeal money in history to support our ex service personal. Join Shirley's army of collectors by giving 2 hours of your time to stand at a static point and collect giving out poppies. If you can help, join us at the Passmore Edwards Institute at 7pm on Tuesday 20th October for our Poppy Launch including a small buffet. Please let me know here if you are prepared to give 2 hours and will be at the launch. Thanks. Clive Polkinghorne chair.
