Dwellinghouses, with associated operational development. - Conversion of existing stone -walled, slate- roofed Barn & single- storey shed extension to create asingle Dwelling, with larger existing modern lean- to shed on South elevation removed to expose theSouth elevation of the Barn and form aPatio area for the Dwelling. - Conversion of existing steel portal -framed, timber -clad Agricultural Shed to the West of the Barn to form 2no. semi -detached Dwellings, with existing timber -framed and block -built extensions removed, to create parking / garden areas. - TheSite and itsBarn &Shed are positioned around 100m South of Angarrack Lane, down an unmade private road, with thesite to the E ast of the acce sslane.The Barn sits just over 10m East of theShed , on broadly level ground , with Agricultural fieldsstretchin g out to the South and East of the site.
